I worked with Marcy at Stratton for the purchase of my home earlier this year. As a first time home buyer I didnt know a lot about the process and it can be confusing but Marcy was very positive and patient in explaining things along the way. I wasnt very familiar with Tucson since I was new to Arizona but Marcy really gave me a great understanding of each neighborhood I was looking at homes in so that I could make the best choice for me and my family. I really felt like I had someone throughout the whole process to support my crazy ideas. I ended up almost buying a whole different house and had a dream that changed my mind to a previous one I had seen. When I called Marcy the next morning to tell her I needed the other house I was expecting her to tell me i was crazy and talk me back into the house I was currently in a contract with but instead she really helped me get the literal home of my dreams. I really felt as though she wanted me to be happy and did what was best for me instead of pushing me into something just to close on the house. Overall i would 100% recommend Marcy and Stratton for your real estate needs. I am very satisfied with everything. Oh also forgot to mention how Marcy is a shark negotiator and got me a bunch of seller concessions so i basically only ended up putting a few thousand down. I think it was less than 3k! Ok really though Marcy was awesome and I am so thankful that someone recommended her to me and now I can recommend her to you. Thanks again Marcy.

I found my Realtor Oscar Guerrero responsive and on the ball. After trying to find a home with three other agents, I was lucky to have3 found Oscar. The very first time we were out, he made me very familiar with the locations of town. Knew all the new construction available and the builders which was a big plus for me. He has been patient but we found the location I want to be in now and he is on the hunt to find me my forever home. Thanks Oscar.
