Illa Krasnick is a True Professional in All aspects of Real Estate. She is The One that others turn to for advice and guidance and her representing us during our most recent sale and purchase shows just what other buyers/sellers are missing out by using someone with less knowledge. I would recommend her EVERYTIME anyone asks for a Professional Real Estate Agent/Broker. Bonus is that we are now a long term partner with her as friends and loyal clients.

Illa is pleasant when she wants something from you. The professional relationship is skin deep and phony. They spend your deposit purposely even if you left the property spotless. Also, they withhold money to pay for utilities that are in your name and you still receive bills from the utility companies. The small print is so they can steal your deposit money. Forget ever hearing back from them. You ever question Illa, and you are ignored. Terrible women to work with. They only care about the property owner and never the renter. Renters BEWARE! Does this look like a property that needed $300 of professional cleaning?

After being scammed by company I will just call BF on a rental that had mold and several other safety issues, for my health, I was forced to get out even though I had just arrived. And I contacted several other property managers to find housing elsewhere. One of them was Krasnick Realty. After speaking with Illa about her potential rental for me, I learned the location she had was not for me. So there was no further reason for her to help, right? Wrong. Even though she was not going to get a future tenant for her property, she went above and beyond and took her own time in helping me deal with my current situation, not only during that contact, but subsequent contacts as well. After the trauma of the current rental I was in, I came to the conclusion that I did not want to face moving again to another rental and decided to purchase instead. Of course I called Illa even though my sister wanted me to use her friend who was on that community's preferred realtor list and even though I had already had contact with the realtor of the home I wanted to purchase. Illa did not disappoint. She was no pressure and took me to the same home a couple of times so that I could be sure. During escrow, she was on top of it with everyone in the most kindest diplomatic manner... the inspectors, the lender, the seller's realtor, the repair list, the title company, everyone, making sure all was in order. And I am so thankful for that because this was a two-week escrow due to my health being at risk in the rental I as in. So there was no time to wait for others not to act on time. We closed on time and she was there during signing at title company, which I had not experienced before with previous homes I have purchased. Usually I am there by myself. Due to scheduling on my part, I asked her to deliver my new home keys at the moldy rental I was staying in. When she came by, she was ready with a congratulatory card and several gift cards included. Then she said, "Come on. Let's take a carload up to your new home." I took her up on her offer and we loaded her car and mine, then unloaded, in the rain, and with Illa in heels. What a woman! What a realtor!

As first time home buyers, my fianc and I had no idea what to expect when it came to the lengthy and complex process of purchasing a home. I can truly say that Illa made our first home purchase possible and held our hands the entire time. No matter how many questions we asked, or how many late night text messages we sent, she was there to walk us through every step. She shared resources and recommendations for lenders, inspectors, title agencies, etc. All of which were extremely pleasant to work with and provided quality services. She made us feel like family and took the time to ensure that every decision was made thoughtfully. I remember saying many times, if it wasnt for Illa, I dont know if this could have happened. I would recommend Illa and her business partners to any and all potential home buyers and/or sellers. She went above and beyond for us.
