Horrible experience with Grijalva realty. As soon as they knew I wasn't renting from them anymore there was absolutely no customer service or good communication from them. Upon my move out I left the keys to the unit inside and they have decided to charge me over $150 for not turning them in. Even if you chop it up to a miscommunication they've decided it was worth that much. You decide if you want to rent from company like that.

Currently, living on one of their places on Stone. We have not had AC or heat sense January. Is always 5 hotter inside than it is outside. Infested Is an understatement. The roaches are coming out of the outlets on the wall. We can't put our microwave or coffee Maker on the counters. Because then it will be a nest for the roaches. No matter how clean we keep it. We have let them know several times that are AC is still not fixed. And they have the part to fix it. They just not had anyone come out to fix it yet. The neighbors harass us. And we are told to ignore them. So I've had to call the cops several times to protect myself from being harassed. They own that property as well. And they say they have limited amounts to pest control a year. That's their excuse to not get rid of the cockroaches. They also seem to not care about our safety. And the homeless people trust pass often and damage the fences that are built to protect us. And we have let them know several times and they have given us the same excuse every time that they'll send someone to come and fix it, but nothing is never done.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE Adding to this review. After 4 years of having great tenants you screwed us over again. We moved out, our home was spotless, we cleaned the entire yard and around. You took more than half our deposit. $150 for landscaping??? What did you have to pull a strand of grass? Cleaning fee of $200??? We left that place cleaner than when you rented it to us You are only out for money. Greedy scum lords. Grijalva Realty, I really tried with you. First a bad review that I changed into a good review. Now Im changing it back. Please stop messing your actual good tenants who keep up your properties and pay rent before its even due. You are really messing up a good thing by screwing us over on our rent. Tell the owner this place isnt worth $900 a month. You all are horrible people and trust me, youll end up with someone who tears this place up and wish you hadnt pushed us out with raising the rent unnecessarily.

When my tenant gave notice this winter that he was leaving to buy his own house, I was in the middle of a health crisis. I am lucky that Grijalva Realty came to my rescue as they helped organize and supervise most of the needed renovations in the condo. I truly can't imagine what I would have done without them. The entire team is helpful and responsive, especially Laura and Celeste, and I will always be grateful for their caring response.
