My mom ordered my sister's cap and gown through their website, the order went through, but when the time came to get the cap and gown, they never sent it out. When called MULTIPLE TIMES, the phone was not answered, same with emails. We finally got a hold of someone, and they claimed they didn't do cap and gowns for Mountain View. Cool, so you took our money and the order went through, so now you're telling us that you don't do this school? And then your going to brag about how Jostens is even harder to get through to than you are? That's NOT a bragging point. It should nto be this difficult to get a cap and gown when an order was placed in NOVEMBER. If I could leave anything lower than one, thats what you'd be getting.

They are AMAZING this is such a hard and emotional time for me. She did say no crying in the jokingly they broke everything down gave me my auctions prices packages. I appreciate everything. Thank you.

Very upset with this company, after we paid the full amount of the ring, they call us 48 hours before the ring ceremony saying that will not receive the ring on time, after we bought the dress for a very special moment, my daughter and her others friend in the same situation don't want to go to this ceremony because of you, VERY DISAPOINTED
