    We have lived in here for a month we have no hot water trash was left all over we have a carbon monoxide leak and no one cares. They just transfer you never solve any issues the house we moved into is not safe Carlos is very low standard person stay away this place is not safe

    Beware of this place they are mismanaged they will rent you house that is not even ready.. not painted things missing no walk around typically low quality landlord and really ignorant maintenance

    Propert was sold, lease break was verified with property management. Management Company now states that new property owner will cover deposit refund. Are you kidding me? The house was sold, the lease was terminated AND YOU KEEP MY SECURITY DEPOSIT, THEN TELL ME THE NEW PROPERTY OWNER WILL COVER THE DEPOSIT REFUND? Is this a joke? Stay away from MYND! They dont care about tenants, unless you dont pay your rent on time.

    There is no way to get into contact with the employees, they have alot of chiefs and not enough indians. They go through vendors like no other. So the repairs made now are done by uncertified vendors with no experience and having the home owners pay for the repairs while they pocket 10 percent. So everytime a repair man sends a bill the home owner pays and Mynd takes 10 percent from the vendor. You Choose

    Do not rent from this company ever!!! they left us without a working heater in the middle of winter for 2 months; our thermostat inside the house would read 43 degrees. We paid for a 2 br 2 bath house but only ever had 1 working bathroom because the sink in the kitchen would back up into one of the showers and toilet, we had multiple plumbers come look at the situation and it was never repaired. we also had water leaking into our home after rainy days and their maintenance guy showed up at 8:30pm to fix the issue after some days (which was hours after the originally scheduled time), but if you miss any appointments for repairs they charge you no questions asked! We asked to speak to the maintenance manager about these charges as well as all the problems the property had been given us and he failed to call us during both appointments we made and also wouldnt answer our calls when we decided to initiate contact first. When we started being treated this way by //management//, we knew we had to get out fast because they simply do not care about their residents. We moved out 1.5 months before our lease was up because of all the issues we were experiencing, we have yet to hear back from anyone from management about the experience and I know that we likely never will, but I hope to save some of you from having to go through something like this. Its been over 2 months since we have moved out and they are still wanted to charge us for things like utilities, HVAC filter, cleaning, monthly admin fees, and insurance policy charges even though we havent been with the company or lived in the home for some time now. Do not recommend this company at all!!!
