Unfortunately I cannot recommend Stratton Property Management if you are considering renting a home. We rented a short term rental in Copper Canyon because it included access to the the community pool and was set up for internet and wifi. When we arrived we found out that: - the WiFi and internet was not connected to the house nor was there a WiFi router on premise - There was no card to open the gate so that we could use the pool. - The toilet in the master bathroom would not flush. - There was very limited hot water in the house. The plumber that repaired our toilet found that the hot water tank was set to the lowest setting. - there was no vacuum in the house and we had to wait a few weeks to have one delivered. - The water filter in the refrigerator needed to be replaced and we had to purchase one and wait to be reimbursed. - whenever it rained or the AC ran there was a puddle on our patio. They attempted to repair it but it did not fix the leak issue. The blinds on the patio were difficult to use and there were no screens on any of the doors or the windows so we could not open the windows to get fresh air. When the property manager came the day after we moved in to do a move in walk through she said that it was the first time she had ever seen the house. We finally were able to get a pool pass about a month after we arrived. We had some money refunded for our trouble but we would have preferred that Stratton would have inspected the house before we moved in to insure that the house was move in ready.
