        Did not like my experience here. Even after catching up and paying a month ahead, they still took me to court. I decided to not renew my lease, and they insist I pay for a month I am not occupying the house because I did not give 30 days notice I was not renewing the lease.

        Place they where in charge of they got Fired..the manager got fired and Owner hired this company.. before With manager no units where empty Before habitation got canned there was 22 empty unit's..spent there time Towing cars . father of 2 get up To go to work...where in the $_': Is my car ..the security co..they Hired ...owner did not know anything About...if you guys read this how Are you staying open..maybe Realty not your thing .buy a car Wash ..no pressure there.. Just saying...

        Scheduled a showing of a property at a specific time and there were 4 other prospective tenants at the same time! The house was filthy and immediately a turn off!! They definitely need a cleaning company to make sure the property is appealing and doesnt have a horrible smell but Ill hand it to their photographer, they made it look good.

        Looking for a place to rent they said that they do not do any viewings or showings of a property without an approved application. now why would I pay you money to do an application when I didnt even see the place in person, pictures dont do justice, Ive rented for a while and Ive never run into this type of issue. This will definitely turn away good business.

        I have not had a good experience living here, while the Condos are nice inside. The actual management company does a poor job. I put in a maintenance request to have our leaking roof fixed in July. Isnt being addressed until after I move out? I can never get ahold of anyone when I call. You can definitely tell they may just be concerned about making money and not taking care of their tenants. It is too bad because there is a potential for this place to be better.

      Hello Tanna, we do schedule our showings in groups to maximize the number of prospective tenants that can have a chance at the property. We also make every effort to have the properties cleaned before the showing, but this didn't happen prior to your visit. We do apologize for the poor presentation, as I'm sure it was a turn-off.

      Hi Amber, it is our company policy to require an approved application before an in-person showing. This is fairly common among management companies, and is an important security measure for the safety of our staff and the properties themselves. We are happy to answer any questions about a property, and we strive to offer video walk throughs whenever possible. Also, the application fee is good for any of our rental properties within 30 days.

      Hi Jasmine, I'm sorry you have not had a good experience regarding the leaking roof. The roof and all exterior elements are maintained by the HOA, and the timeframes for repair are outside the control of the property manager. We have been pushing them to get the issue fixed, but the response has been slow.
