Unorganized, no one is ever available, they will send a warning with a date that the problem needs to be completed by, but then send a fine before that said date. No notice for when payment is due, but then send a 90 day late fee, even though you never received a bill. Absolute horrible HOA.

Again joining other reviewers for another poor evaluation of Pinehurst community managers. I had posted my negative review of Donna Wood and now have to post another one for her replacement, Sue Logan. Sue and her team don't communicate timely and thoroughly with the owners, and don't take responsibility for their mistakes, not even a simple apology. We had roofers coming and she didn't mention anything about them pressure washing the roofs. I had to rush out to remove my expensive patio furniture from all the dirty water coming down and then spend hours cleaning everything. On another occasion a community employee who is not a licensed plumber got tasked by the board to do some major water line repair to our units. We got notice of the water shut down on the day of the job, 1 min before the fact. And because this person was not qualified to do the job, no one got notified before the water was turned back on. My toilet tank got flooded with soiled water, which clogged my fill in valve. I had to spend over an hour draining the tank and cleaning the valve. They are also contracting extra helpers for landscape work without background check, and coincidently we had 2 car robbery incidents in the week they were here. Granted that these appalling decisions are being made by our self righteous board, but Sue Logan could certainly do a much better job in her role. Considering that our monthly HOA payment is $682.60/month, I expected a lot more. She is really good at sucking up to the board members and disregarding other owners' concerns.

Joining others with my poor review of Donna Wood as a property manager for our condominium. She is incompetent and rude, doesn't do her homework for board meetings, doesn't send financials for months, and can't even communicate basic information to the owners via email. Bottom line: a big fiasco. She sucks up to the board and sides with them on decisions that benefit a few (the board members themselves, of course) and could care less for the other owners who are all paying very high HOA fees. A BIG loser, in my opinion. And yes, they must be paying people to write the good reviews :)
