        This is a 0 star review for this place. I paid for overnight shipping and received an email the next day saying my package would not be delivered until the following week. When I called to discuss what happened and the staff just brushed me off. Management and staff are completely incompetent and I will never trust these people with my packages again. Highly suggest going somewhere else.

        Will not be my first choice for UPS shipping. Purchased UPS-Ground on a Friday at 2:30 pm and it is still sitting there on Monday.

      Vicente. This does not sound like our store or staff. If your package was not able to deliver that would be on the carrier and not us. Please reach out so we can fix this review and get you taken care of.

      Hello Michael. Sorry for the delay on you package. However, you shipped out at 430pm on a Friday. Our UPS driver leaves promptly at 3pm. According to all of the shipping companies we are considered rural and do not get a pick up over the weekend. Therefore, anything that comes in later Friday afternoon or Saturday does not go out until Monday afternoon. We hope we can continue to take care of your shipping needs.
