        The office employees were very professional when asked for an appointment. Martha and Sammy went out of their way to assure me of their Company and commitment to getting an estimate and job done accurately and timely. My plumber, Joseph was very friendly and explained everything to me well. When there was an unforeseen problem, he and his office resolved the issue in the same day. My new hot water line is now working. Thank you Ram Plumbing! Kudos to the owner and staff. L. Gray
