It used to be a awesome company that I work for and learned my trade from but the owner sold it to some guy that had no idea what plumbing is. I went back to work for a little and watched the company fall apart! It went from over 400 field workers to 10 or less. That was 2015 I was there last, so who knows now.

Hiring people that are lazy and paying them more while the actual experienced workers are falling un motivated. Foremans at cmc always gotta say something negative about the company to the builder. Some of the workers wont even pick up a shovel!! While their co workers are busting away picking up the slack. Don't see Catalina mechanical getting far disrespecting and ignoring the people really making them money and getting the job done. Especially if you pay a new employee way more than everyone else the company spent time training. Anyone experienced and knows what they know should also know that the company is using them for money and nothing more. Can't wait till the next bunch of people quit we'll see how far you can get when all your underdogs stray away to the competitor. there's only one way to hear and know whats going on and that is out of the mouth of a use to be loyal employee.
