Walmart Pharmacy

I have been type one diabetic for 4 years now, and of all the pharmacies Ive used this one is BY FAR THE BEST. I have NEVER EVER had problems with them, they are fast and know the ropes. (Ive used us med, cvs, Walgreens nothing compares) They are so good at explaining insurance information, and Ive always felt like they genuinely care that I have access to the life saving medication I require. 9/1/23 4:50pm I got my medication after a mishap (no people behind me in drive through yet) with both my insurances, finally fixed it, was trying to pay my medication (people behind me for 2-4 minutes because pharmacist took a minute to run my debit card), guy behind me gets off his car and yells at me: MOVE OUT THE LINE, WE DONT HAVE YOUR TIME BECAUSE YOURE HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR INSURANCE. Not only did I go for days without medication due to insurance issues, but they also violated HIPPA and my privacy by telling man behind me I was having insurance issues. Scary. I no longer trust these medical professionals/pharmacists with my medical needs since they also take your debit card from you through the suction tube, they have my debit information and not compassionate at all if youre complaining / venting to the person behind me about my insurance issue. As a patient, I should feel respected and only I should be able to disclose this information without feeling rushed, or intimidated nonetheless, yelled at because you decide to tell them Im having issues with my insurance. Definitely do feel really uncomfortable and deciding to transfer out.
