We appreciate your review, unfortunately you left out most of the FACTS. You signed up for January & July semi annual front/side yard pre and post emergent weed control at the beginging of 2022. you put your credit card on file to be charged after each service was completed. We completed service in January and July of 2022 and charged your card. On Janauary 13, 2023 we emailed to let you know your weed service would be on January 18th and if that was a problem please let us know. We arrived on the January 18, 2023 at 7am and did the service as you had requested. No complaints from you until yesterday January 31, 2023 when we emailed you letting you know your credit card had been declined and payment was due. Not jerks, just trying to get paid for the work you asked us to do and we did.
