Communication was a problem- emails are unanswered even when trying to put money down to get scheduled and the front lady doesnt usually know what the estimating guy is up to. I think they are just giving estimates and dont care if you hire them. They wanted half money down without a start date. All you can do is move on and hope for better. Wish them luck.

I needed adobe block repair and got several estimates. They saved me literally over a thousand dollars and did a good job. I had an issue with one section and they came right back out and took care of it.

We first used Ramsey Painting in 2005 to paint our home's exterior. They did a wonderful job. They did a thorough power wash, patching, and painting. This January (2016) the house needed to be repainted. (The first paint job lasted almost 11 years! We've had them do interior work as well. We recommend them highly.

They always get their jobs done in a timely manner. They are consistently fair, flexible and easy to work with.

Our experience with Ramsey painting was absolutely horrible. We hired them to paint part of the interior of our house. We arranged for them to complete the job while we were out of town for two weeks (we had a house-sitter). When we returned from our trip we found: lots of the old paint showing through, holes not spackled, drywall not patched, and paint splatter on our floors, walls, fixtures, and a rug. Bottom-line, there was little-to-no prep work or cleanup that took place even though it was in our contract and our specific concerns were pointed out ahead of time. To top it off the manager who gave us our estimate had not even done a walk-through to ensure the job was complete. In the process of trying to get the issues fixed we had them come out three additional times. My only consolation from this experience is to warn other people away from hiring Ramsey Painting. Dont waste your money or your time.
