Color Me Mine

Rude staff on the pickup of our work, my family and I have been here many times. The gal who helped us was very rude and when I asked her name she refused to let us know. I let the gal know we were coming from way across town if she could check to see if our projects were ready, all she said was it should . I again asked her if she could please check because we were coming from about 30 miles away, she let out a big sigh and said its ready in a very rude manner , like if we were a bother. We always spend well over a $100 when we go because we are a big family and we always tip the staff well. When I explained I was bothered by how we were treated by her, all she said your stuff is ready and hung up on us. Very disappointing

I've gone to Tucson studio twice. Both times staff was very patient and helpful. Definitely plan on many more visits.

AMAZING service! Lisa, Kyra, and Emma are all fantastic. It's worth going just to interact with them. Not many businesses realize how important customer service is, but this place gets it. When most stores seem content to be mediocre at best, people like these shine like a lighthouse. I'll be looking for ways to do more business with them.
