The girl there said I called 2 girls a name on my last visit. That is insane!! Never even asked me if I did they released me. I am better off without that kind of nonsense.

Not sure where done of these people went to but it doesn't sound like the place I go every month. I have found the staff very professional p and wait times very short like within 15 minutes of my appointment. If I get there early they try and get me in early. My doc there cares about me and what's going on in my life that may effect the meds she may give me. When I have a procedure the way times are already right on time. I've been going there for a few years now and although there are pain clinics way closer to me I'm not going anywhere else!

During the recent events I chose to self quarenteen myself and chose to stay home I am 60 years old and never done drugs but this place treated me like a drug addict. I received a call at home telling me I needed to go do a drug test when I explained to them I am not leaving my home because I am very high risk they told me they would have to stop my medications. I have been taking for 4 years. On my last visit the nurse ask me to remind Roberta that it was time for my drug test she said she wasn't going to do it today she had already closed my file. How is it that is my fault so I am now going threw the process of wening myself off of meds and in terrible pain . I didn't like Roberta from the begining and complained to my insurence company a couple of times. I will not go back .
