This guy tried to charge me $900 for a 5 minute appointment showing me x-rays and what they needed to do to fix me. Called it ankle treatment on the bill, wouldn't even prescribe me any pain medicine in my time of need. What a joke.

Dr Klein and his entire staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Went in for a torn meniscus. When surgery became the solution, I feared I'd be out of work for an extended period. Dr. Klein is a miracle worker! I missed work for the day of the surgery. That was it!!

I wish I could give this guy 0 stars . Let me start out with I THINK I CAN were the words he choose to use when referring to fix my shoulder. I have been a licensed contractor for a lot of years . If I came in and your roof was leaking and I said I think I could fix it, would you want to hire me ? Anyway he was very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful ,had a little attitude towards me his patient, hes lucky I didnt smack him in the face for the way he chose to speak to me , only because my wife and daughter were in the room, you got lucky doc. But this guy is not who you want to do any surgery he didnt explain things except how he felt he couldnt get the job done. People like this deserve a reality check his head shoved pretty far up his own **s . You notice all the nice pictures of him climbing mountains pretty sure patients would rather see awards for all the accredited great work he has done but I doubt that he has gotten any of those . Stay away from this guy at all cost . There are understanding doctors who actually will take care of you out there . Never let a doctor operate on you that is disrespectful to you during the visit to recommend surgery. That should be a no brainer, must only care to a certain group of society.

My mom had surgery today!! All the staff at St. Josephs Hospital was very helpful and courteous with us!! from the front office registration, nurses, anesthesiologist Drs and of course the surgeons!! Dr. Klein very thoughtful of him to check on her personally called her to ask how she is doing!! I am very happy to say this is a very nice place to have services done!! Specially with Dr. Kleins staff.!! Thank you all!!!
