Dr. Siegel gave me my life back. I did everything he told me to do and here I am, four months out of rotator cuff and torn bicep repair, 95% pain free with full range of motion and use of my right arm back. I am 64 and waited 3 years to find a doctor willing to do an MRI and operate. The pain during recovery was not as bad as I'd been told and literally, all I had to do was follow Dr. Siegel's directions. I recommend him without reservation, and I will never be able to repay him for the pain-free years of full activity I now look forward to!

Despite the amazing customer service at this location, I am only giving it three stars. I was referred to this place for its reputed doctors, but unfortunately, the two doctors I was recommended were no longer available. However, I was recommended to Doctor Jane, who I believed could help me with noninvasive procedures for my hands. Unfortunately, Sameer Jain, MD, CIME recommended carpal tunnel surgery for both my hands, even though I had informed him about my needs and how accommodating me would benefit me. Doctor Jain did not seem to care about my needs or listen to my problems, and simply suggested surgery, which is more expensive than physical therapy and accommodation. I have spoken to five people who underwent carpal tunnel surgery, and they are worse off now. It is clear to me that this is all about money. He even went as far as to throw in my face that he could lose his license by giving me an accommodation. I know that that is not true because I have two coworkers who have gone to that location for the same reason that I've gone there and have been put on accommodations from the other reputed doctors. To find the least invasive solution for your carpal tunnel, I recommend looking for a different specialist than Doctor Jane at the mentioned location. Although their biography mentions expertise in noninvasive surgery, they may still suggest the surgery as it could be a profitable option for them.
