        Went there, they said I needed to fill an application online. I did. Received a call 2 weeks later , we were getting treatment and she said she would call back later even though we had the time to talk. It's been a week, I called and left a message, no response. Don't get your hopes up

        Very grateful for Az Cancer Foundation, my daughter was recently diagnosed and provided prepaid Visa to be used towards gas which tremendously helped especially during this time with gas prices rising.

        The staff and treatment providers at AOF are truly amazing, kind and so supportive. Wendy and her team helped secure the resources I did not realize I needed to put me on the path to recovery during and after my treatment. Beyond grateful for their generosity and compassion in helping me focus on my healing and wellness.

      Gig, we are so sorry that you had a negative experience with our foundation and sincerely hope your experience going forward was better. In checking our files, it appears that the application was submitted on the 18th of August and the first call made to you was on August 24th, which was 5 business days and standard for our communication due to the volume of applications we receive each month. The documentation reflects the conversation taking place while your wife was in the infusion room and it was very noisy. When asked if it was better to call back that afternoon, your wife said it would be better. Again, due to the volume of new applicants we receive and the number of calls each day, it was not possible to call that afternoon, however, a call was placed on the 25th and a voice message was left for you at 3:23 pm. According to our records, we were able to connect with you on the 31st of August and several services were set up to try and assist. We hope that the services have been a help and again, we apologize for any miscommunication. We look forward to seeing you again and helping with your cancer journey.
