What's the mark of great Loan Officer? That if, and when, the opportunity arises to go back to them, you do. Even with all the competition out there. Alex was my loan officer year back when out of nowhere, two weeks to closing, I had to switch loan companies. Alex worked hard to keep me on the same closing schedule and succeeded. Plus he got me a lower rate. Fast forward, I'm now looking for a home loan for a relative, and yes, even though I comparison-shopped again, Alex at Fairway it was again. He got us a great rate, always kept us up-to-date and informed, and placed no added work or pressures on us. I can't recommend Alex enough -- he's said it to me before: even a repeat customers, he wants us to feel that he's earning our business. I'm sure he'll do the same for all others.
