Erin is an absolute gem of a realtor, AND as a person! Working with her was the best decision we couldve made for our first time home buying experience, and we have her to thank for helping us buy our dream house. Erin is kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and overall amazing at what she does. We didnt have a clue as to what to expect going into buying our first home, and she was quick to answer all of our questions (and there were many!) and she was so patient. Phil was beyond amazing! This was our first time buying a home and he went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met and questions answered; from the moment we started looking all the way through to when we got the keys. The vendors he works with were all highly skilled and just as helpful as he was. Working with Erin and the Ascent team was a breeze. She was very available to help answer questions (wed moved from another state and werent as familiar with AZ real estate laws) and was very patient with us as we researched, sold our house in WA, and looked at houses in Oro Valley. We looked at a ton of listings and also at new construction and she was able to help us with all of it. The closing process also went well. She kept us on track, had a nice status tracking website for transparency, and had an awesome list of vendors that we used extensively for mortgage lending, inspection and a few minor repairs that resulted from the inspection. She even referred us to a few awesome companies after closing for some extra projects we needed. She was a fantastic communicator, from when we were living in WA and just starting our search to when the keys were handed over to our new place. Highly recommend!!
