*UPDATE* Karin has helped us sell two homes and buy TWO also. Incredible experience each instance. The most recent was during Covid, which originally made us nervous. Karin was amazing at not only calming our fears, but went above and beyond what Ive seen from other realtors to get us the results we were hoping for. Our home was under contract very quickly, and we even got asking price without a fuss! She made the process as stress-free as possible, while keeping us informed and updated us every step of the way. Karin Phillips started sending us information before we moved across the country. She even created spreadsheets sharing information such as sunside facing backyard, and other important information not included in the listing. She was very available, and helped us locate an amazing home within 2 weeks of arriving in Tucson/Oro Valley. She negotiated well; and gave us great counsel as newcomers regarding real estate and resources to help us settle into our neighborhood. Karin was always so helpful, informative and prepared to show me homes all over town. She is very knowledgeable about homes and good at seeing potential problems whether it's brand new or an older home. Karin is honest and will work to get you the best price on a home. Exceptional and personal service and an outstanding real estate professional I can only begin to describe the excellent service Karin Phillips provided for us as our real estate agent through the process of selling our mother's home. She was very proactive and help walk us through all the steps to get the house on the market and sold in less than a month.
