Great food but they need to get rid of some serving staff that are just not too friendly

My family and I went in for the birthday party, somehow it turn out to be the most unpleasant experiences in this restaurant! When we asked for the portion options of the wine, the server's attitude was terrible and apparently had no interest in answering any of the question we asked. The water cup was forever empty, she never comes to our table and asks if food was good, or if we need anything else. In the end when we were paying the bill, she was too busy just chatting with other people, so was the other male server who came and thank us for coming. We left much less than we usually do on tips since she had no interest in earning that. But today when we were checking the back statement, the restaurant still changed us much more than what we wrote on the receipt. Be aware and always check your back account after your visit !!!

A favorite family place for our immediate family and for relatives visiting from our of town. We consistently have family celebrations including Birthdays, Anniversaries, and work celebrations. We have spent our past 4 Christmas Eve dinners at Gavis and had a delicious meal in a magical space sitting by the fire place. We're taking our Cousins who will be here from Ontario next week, and I can't wait!! Thank you Gavi for your incredible food. Thank you Flavia for taking great care of us! Thank you to all of the team that make dining at Gavi's a special and wonderful experience every single time!!

Food was good, server chris was rude, forgot to take half of the tables drink orders, rushed us through our dinner. At the end of the meal he told us to only tip cash so he didnt have to pay taxes on it.
