        Two times I have had to reschedule. My dishwasher broke in August and a tech came out two days later and said two parts needed to be changed. A month later after a reschedule he came back to replace them. That night the dishwasher broke again for the same issue. He came back out two days later and said one of the most recent parts needed to be changed again. He scheduled to come out in October (today 16 Oct). The day we were scheduled I was called to reschedule. Next available is November 1. Very disappointing.
