Only reason I give this a one in rating because I had to work with the most lying, backstabbing and lazy outreach team leader. I have ever meet he was spiteful and vindictive too. Im Sure they found that out Outreach would have been a good place to work if it wasnt for him. Cyndi lost some good employees because she trusted a lazy, lying POS.

High turnover rate of staff. It is especially bad when those individuals in management position begin to vacate their jobs. This company is unstable and not to be trusted.

I absolutely love Bryan Hamilton. He is my peer navigator I did a surprise observation of his group on Saturday and he did a fantastic job and marked all boxes off and he is open minded and honest about everything possible. He understands me and is there when I need him and is always willing to help when needed even if he busy.

Before even going to this clinic, I specifically advised many people I spoke to before hand that I needed a psychologist. This facility does not have psychologist nor did they know the difference between a psychologist/psychiatrist. The intake representative Olivia documented my medical file incorrectly. In order to get an email address and my file closed out with this organization I had to advise Malory over the phone that I was recording the call on my end for quality assurance because Im tired of dealing with additional abuse just trying to find help dealing with the trauma I already have.This website is no longer active and Im very frustrated with trying to get help. I advise the intake representative how much abuse Ive endured and she didnt put any of it in documentation that was given to me. Im about to be homeless in a few weeks again trying to get help is just useless I feel at this point. When facilities and organizations wonder why people kill themselves this is literally one of the reasons. People that have been physically and mentally abused that try to find help just get abused even more until they kill themselves. The warmline isnt very warm either with Joe telling me I need to just forget everything. Now I wonder if Joe would tell himself the same thing if two vehicles blew up in his face was burned by 100 cups of hot coffee attacked by a dog, head cracked open, gun held in my face, meningitis before there was even a vaccine for it as well as many other things that I am an open book about
