I rented oxygen equipment to use on the train while transitioning my mom from Tucson to Boston. Linda, Sarah and Rudy were all wonderful, friendly, helpful and responsive. Linda went out of her way to always assist and answer every question, and followed up with me promptly to answer anything that needed a bit of research. I'm very thankful for the kindness and professionalism of this group in helping me get my mom safely home.

I was traveling in Tucson. As I was setting up my bipap equipment I found I had left behind a critical part of my mask. I call with only 5 minutes before closing. The Angle who answered the phone was not familiar with the pice I needed. She invited me to come and she would stay late for me. She opened the door and we were able after some searching on the shelves exactly what I needed. I am very grateful for her. I will be safe this week with all the parts I need. Thank you so much

I no longer work for the company I first used Allied through, but it feels wrong to leave without giving due thanks to the amazing team at Allied MedCor. In the 2 1/2 years I have worked with Allied, I have found our patient needs are always addressed quickly and with safety in mind. Through the Covid-19 pandemic and company integration we went through, the team has always maintained professionalism and flexibility through the rough patches. The owner Rudy is one of the kindest people you will ever speak to, and ensures your questions and concerns have a solution as soon as possible, even if it takes thinking outside of the box. Tami is our teams go to for any questions, she is beyond helpful in any situation we have thrown at her and is the best at communicating anything and everything our company or patients may need to know. I have no doubts that Allied provides superior care to our community.

I give it 1 star for good service in terms of setting up, delivering and picking up bed. The other 4 stars are lost when they charged my card twice even tho I returned the bed well ahead of time which resulted in 2 overdraft fees. After talking with bank to put a stop gap on Allied and attempt but failed to recover overdraft fees I contacted allied medcor who put their finance person on the phone to just constantly tell me she ran my card only once and refunded once even tho my bank statement shows it twice and refused to assist in overdraft fees they caused. Safe to say they lost my business for misuse of my financial information and setting me back $70 due to their mistake in paper filing.
