I was here less than 10mins! The line was a little long, so I would double mask/wear a KN95. Everyone working was very pleasant and efficient. Results for the rapid antigen test did take about 6 hours to get sent to me, but overall a good experience!

Don't bother making an appointment. I was told to get in line, they didn't even care that I made an appointment days in advance. Go elsewhere.

I've gone to this testing center three times during the past 5 months. The first two times, they took me at my appointment time and didn't make me wait in line with the walk-in people. So, when I needed to get tested again, I went back to this place. Now, they are making people who book appointments ahead of time wait in line with anyone there to get a walk-up time. I had to wait in line over an hour for my appointment. The line was outside, which, on one hand was nice since they are doing nothing to separate those with symptoms from those without (even though they indicate at registration that the testing site for people with symptoms is different from the testing site for people without, they are actually at the same location and use the same line). I waited my hour in line right in front of someone who had been exposed over the weekend and right behind a family whose daughter had been exposed at school. So, at least I wasn't waiting inside with them. By the time I left, the line was even longer than when I had arrived. Be prepared to wait outside in the sun for over an hour to get tested, even if you schedule an appointment ahead of time.
