        3 wks ago you replaced my oxy mach. i went to fill a oxy tank yesterday and nothing happens. i really cant wait 15 mins, i need a tech out here to fix this, icant go anywhere witrhout a oxy tank. do something

        Not helpful AT ALL, insisted I needed a licensed physician's prescription just to replace a hose which I was able to get at another store (Integrity Treatment) without a prescription. I will never return.
