MHC Healthcare Keeling Health Center

Scheduled for a 10am appointment. Told I probably won't be seen till 11 or 11:30. They scheduled me for 10, emphasized how important it is that I be there on time, then the receptionist tried to refuse to get an actual eta on my scheduled appointment that they don't seem to care about. I have another appointment AT 11:30. I do not understand how this office is still open with such poor reviews plastered across their website. This is only my second appointment here and I'm already looking to change providers. This is not okay.

I have absolutely had it with this location. My appointments have been canceled multiple times without notice. Im tired of them wasting my time

If I could give this place no stars I would. This Dr. Karaszewski tho lady is rude, unsympathetic, impatient and unwilling. She only cares about her time and doesnt allow you to discuss more than 2 topics at a time or u have to make another appointment. She wrote a note for me to be out of work and never sent the referal for follow up with the orthopedic Institute a month later I go into the office to request to go back to work and she raises her voice at me and tries to make it my fault takes no accountability for her inability to send referral and writes an Against medical advise note back to work. do not come to this clinic. She is awful.
