image TRISTAN YOU ROCK!!! I'D GIVE U 6STARS. Went over and beyond, what any other sales associate had done for me in the past. Why, 1 star? 2 floor managers named victor and Omar. THEY ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE AND NO BEDSIDE MANNERS. THERE LOUD AND RUDE. I fall under the disability act and they told me to leave, because of my training service dog. THEN THEN I had to finish my order outside/phone. When I tried to complain to management on the phone, the person on the phone wanted me to speak to another floor manager. She refused to transfer me to someone higher up in management. So I left a message and guess what, I never got a phone call back. Not to mention, I didn't get all my stuff I bought. So now, I gotta go back and pick it up. OVERALL, I DONT KNOW HOW THOSE 2 BOYS BECOME MANAGERS!!! YOU BOTH SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.

image My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating, I cannot believe the amount of issues I have experienced and the lack of concern from management and "corporate." I bought a sectional couch in 2019, which started creaking from the wood inside after two years, I had purchased the additional warranty for 5 years so they offered a replacement, but that model was discontinued so I had to reselect. I chose a recliner sofa and loveseat set. It wasnt in stock like the majority of their furniture, and I had to wait about a month for it. It was delivered and within the first two days both of the couches were defective, I called and they scheduled a replacement, which wasnt in stock again so I had to wait a couple weeks and sit at home all day on my day off because they give a very big window for delivery, when I finally got the replacements it was defective again. Skip to a few months later and 5 sets of defective couches, I finally gave up on the recliner sofa and love seat and selected a completely different set that was on display and sold "as is" only because I was exhausted from wasting my Saturdays waiting for deliveries of broken furniture. I wanted something that I could take that same day and drive it home myself. Then I purchased a bedroom set, September 2022. Again I waited for it to be in stock and delivered. The kids that delivered it and built it for me damaged the dresser and mirror by drilling incorrectly. I call and they schedule a replacement for delivery. Again I spend a whole Saturday waiting for delivery from "9am to 5pm" or whatever ridiculous window they gave me. They arrive with a completely WRONG dresser and mirror. I went straight to the warehouse at Prince where it came from and spoke to a manager who was super unhelpful, and sent me to the Pantano store where I purchased it. Manager at Pantano wasnt any help either. I spoke with Steve Sanchez who is "corporate" even though the company doesnt technically have a corporate office. Steve was rude, condescending, and completely incompetent. I ended up returning the whole bedroom set for a refund. Which took another 3 Saturdays and 1 Sunday to get the furniture picked up due to incorrectly scheduled pick up dates from their delivery department. I cant express how happy I am to be done with this and NEVER have to deal with Sam Levitz ever again.
