Sarah B. Was great. She worked on my hip flexors and IT band tension. She gave the right amount of pressure along with passive range of motion and pressure point massage. My whole body feels relaxed and happy.

This is the second time I've had the pleasure of receiving bodywork when I most needed it. I had a similar experience the first time and now, being my second visit, I know that the therapist (Casper) is really consistent and knowledgeable about the therapy that he provides. Today's session focused on my severe hip and shoulder pain. I was surprised to find out that the therapist had done some prior research and had a plan in mind. Their touch is the perfect, both gentle but supportive. Their method is precise and intuitive. His bodywork allows you to really let go and receive his care. I came home feeling restful and thankful.
