Alex was supposed to come out to the house to finish the job that the other specialist, Paul, left unfinished. The water valve to the cooler needs to be replaced because the water is still running continuously and the water reservoir is completely full. I hired Paul to winterize it for me. Alex was supposed to replace the water valve and then properly drain the cooler. After repeated texts and phone calls with NO RESPONSE I have to find someone else. Terrible service. I do not recommend

Had to call several times to see if they had a cooler cover in stock, once they confirmed they had it. I confirmed their store hours with Alex to make sure we could make it before they closed. My husband left work early and I made arrangement for someone else to pick my child up so my husband could get there in time. When he arrived at 4:30 they were already closed. Alex said before 5pm and Store hours on-line say until 5:30. annoying

Fast and friendly place, if your looking for swap cooler parts or even to buy one. This is definitely the place to go! I am removing my swap cooler, and they custom make the caps to cover up the hole once the swap cooler is removed. Thanks guys!
