image Applied for a loan and was turned down due to 1. Limited Credit File and 2. No credit file. I have 40+ years of credit and perfect payments for over 20+ years. Called to talk to someone about it in Tucson Arizona at 6781 N Thornydale Rd. #243 Tucson AZ. I believe the person was named "Jackie", not sure. I told her what happened and even mentioned I had taken out a loan last year at that location and even paid it off early. She told me yep that's what happens, made it very clear she was not interested in looking at the situation or helping me at all. I was made offers by several other companies but wanted to do business with this one since everything went very smooth the last time. I know there had to have been a glitch since the system was having problems recognizing my social security number for my account but they obviously do not care and assume that anyone calling about being rejected must automatically have bad credit. I do not usually respond to things but the person was so quick to get rid of me on the phone and not wanting to hear anything more I felt it needed to be addressed. Not that missing out on my business will make a difference to a company this size.

image They call me at all hours and when I ask for a supervisor, they just hang up on me. I have asked at least 10 times to be placed on the do not call list and they keep calling. Definitely a scam. DO NOT ANSWER!!!!

image I got a loan with one main about 4-5 years ago and have been paying with no issues. Recently I had to reach out to this branch about a payment and some miscommunication happened during the week. Nicole and I spoke to clarify it this week. She raised her voice and spoke to me as if I was being rude or had escalated it. She was telling me that they respond through phone calls instead of emails but in an upset tone as if I was being unreasonable.. I had reached out to them both over the phone and email last week. She said she was trying to get a hold of me and I had explained to her that I told someone else at her office my new contact info because every time I reached out she was busy or out of office. I also added my new phone number on the emails but I couldn't get many words in to explain all of this to her. The entire time she spoke over me kept repeating herself and disregarding anything I said so at the end I stayed quiet. Kept saying I advised certain things but the whole thing was just miscommunication. She made it sound as if it was my fault and became defensive when I just wanted to figure things out. I had to call back to make sure I sent in the correct forms the other employee said she knew about the current situation and the miscomunication that happened I was embarrassed to speak about it because I know everyone in the office heard her talk to me. It was unexpected and upsetting after many years with one main. I hope to finish paying off the loan without having to talk to them again.

image Im not one for doing things online or over the phone so I went in they were very courteous and helpful and it didnt take long to get approved, my only complaint is I recommended my sister and brother-in-law go in and talk to them and they were told we only do it online, well it doesnt say that on there website , it gives you 3 options, Im disappointed they were told to go online , if I didnt know better Id say the staff today just didnt want to deal with the public coming in cuz its winter and Covid , well not everyone has a fax machine and me personally I prefer to talk to someone face to face , would of given 5 stars but 3 for sending them home to get online
