        Wonderful merchandise, but when we went to check out, your employee was on what seemed to be a personal call. We sat our purchases on the counter, and we were completely ignored. We walked around inside the gift shop and returned to the outside checkout, only to find your employee still on the phone. She finally acknowledged us and rang up our purchases. Pretty rude.
