5 stars! Gavin did a fantastic job. We were not sure what we wanted and he helped us design a wedding band we will cherish forever. A credit to his patience with us, even when we lacked patience. Would definitely recommend. Very satisfied. Thank you Gavin, Espy and the rest of the Abbott team.

Stopped in today to hopefully get the head of my ring replaced, and was so pleasantly surprised with all the staff. Kiona spoke to me on the phone and warmly greeted me when I walked in. Their gemologist Stephanie came out to take a look at the setting, and was very honest and confident about everything. I'm very excited to get the ring fixed, and I am confident they can do it. They were so kind and very informative of my options. Update: The ring is amazing and it only took a week to get back. You guys rock!

Absolutely wonderful to work with. My engagement ring unfortunately got damaged and we had to have a new one made and I'm so glad I chose Abbot Taylor's to do it. They were fantastic to work with and gave us a ton of choices and worked with our ring insurance as well. We were able to upgrade the size and stone and they worked it into the insurance quote and I couldn't be happier with the ring its absolutely stunning. They helped to make the sad event of losing my ring more bearable and I love my new one :) my parents used them 30 years ago to make their wedding rings as well so now it is a family tradition! Highly recommend:)
