I love how Royale treatment catered us with pastries upon the arrival just for a walk thru. Peter was sweet, understanding and listens. His feed back and knowledge was on point. The cleaning staff was just as nice and friendly. When i got to work this morning i was very pleased and happy i chose the Royale treatment. We are now signing this team on board. I was already shopping on line for a cleaning service when we had a family emergency and needed help right away. I talked to them in the morning, and they had 2 people come out that same evening. They clearly went above and beyond to accommodate me, yet they were cheerful, professional, and efficient. My house gleamed when they were finished. I am happy to recommend The Royal Treatment.

Very customer service friendly when I called to set up my appointment, great price for the service I needed the team that came to my house was very nice professional and they no what they were doing I had to run a errand when they arrived, when I returned my house was very clean and everything was in tack. Very professional and customer-oriented. When he arrived to assess and give us an estimate, he even brought us donuts. We needed a quick job done before our move out inspection, and they were able to work wonderful with our schedule and offer reasonable prices. He worked hard and did a thorough job without being too time-consuming. The use of natural products was also a plus. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!
