    Worst customer service experience! Was told by rep in store if I changed phone service to them they would lower internet to $35. Has not happened and per reps in India it won't happen! Felt lied to and swindled. Will seek other carrier for service. Don't trust them!

    It took me three trips into the store to get my problem resolved. The in person store is way better than trying to get help online or on the phone. Horrible company.

    Signed up for Xfinity mobile during a promotion; $30 a line; second free for a year if have internet. 2 months later and 2 visits to the store and keep getting charged $60. Store employee has tried to help but still no resolution. Good luck calling and trying to reach a person. Very disappointed! Update: Send an email to the head of Customer Service about my issue and it was resolved in one day!

    Walked into the store and met with Justin Chavez. I asked him if it's easy to install. He said yes. And if you have any questions, here's my card. Give me a call. I'll be happy to walk you through it. That was a lie because they don't have a direct number and the automated system refuses to switch you to a live agent. I know you're trying to make sales but don't be giving that a fake phone number or a 800 number that people can't reach alive agents or yourself at the store. Misleading. Extremely pissed off.
