        und. Cox customer service is so bad. They won't with us elders to lower our bills. So i won't be missing Cox

        Bad from the very beginning. Store rep could not set up my modem correctly. Had to come back twice for it to finally be done right. Then after that the service was just hit and miss all the time. Not sure why I have to pay a full bill when half the month Im getting speeds of 1-5mbps when Im paying for 150mbps. Then when calling customer support all issues are always on your end or the famous your problem will be solved with upgrading to our next more expensive plan. Then after a year of bad service youll be bent over again with a drastic price increase to your plan. Theres a reason the majority of their reviews are negative. All around bad company and would not suggest. Internet service is awful. So much packet loss.

        The worst customer service. If you can avoid getting Internet/Cable with this company, I recommend avoiding. They are very unhelpful and do not care about customer experience and satisfaction at all. Do not expect a pleasant, seamless experience with this company.

        I have been with Cox for almost 15 years and my advice to all is "STAY AWAY" from this company. Just today I spent over 3 hours to finally get a human being on the phone of course after I choose option to disconnect my service. They're WAY expensive for thei service and lately there's a lot of outages everywhere. They are not willing to help in any way. Again think good for yourself, "STAY AWAY"
