        They dont tell you about all there little hidden fee's even tho "they dont do that". Staff was not helpful nor did they answer all questions truthfully.

        angel was very helpful and knowledgable about phones and the products available and was able to direct me towards a phone that fits my needs. Very curtious and i had a great experience being an older person who isnt savy with tecnology. Would highly recommend going to t-mobile just for customer service alone!
