Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company, please don't hire this company for insurance, they are the most incompetent people, they will not help you at all if you have an accident, good for nothing.

The worst place ever! Ive been calling to get get my claim adjuster to call me for the past 3 days so I can get my car fixed. Im already paying an arm and a leg for the lame car insurance but now I have to deal with this for an accident that wasnt my fault. As soon as I get this fixed Im switching car insurance cause this is ridiculous

I was hit in the parking lot and it was a hit and run. People left notes on my car and the manager saw after I got the insurance information. The progressive claims adjuster said that the person denied it which she didn't they offered me about $600 for $4000 worth of damage, they just offered to have my car resurfaced and waxed when I need a whole bumper, a tail light and other things I am still fighting just to get my car put back the way it was progressive sucks and they are making it seem like if I'm the one who did something wrong do not use Progressive. never in my life have I had to go through something like this with the insurance company and I have been in about 20 car accidents. None of them my fault and I have always been treated correctly even by Mike Pearce insurance which is the cheapest insurance you can get they even got a lawyer for me and didn't raise my rates, if anybody listens to any review of my this is the one to pay attention to

They are denying me a policy claiming I am married and need to list my husband under the policy. I have never been married, my ex boyfriend and I were on a claim together years ago together and we now live in two different states. I keep emailing them all the verification stuff they need but they keep insisting I need to show them proof of divorce or separation decree????? This is discrimination at its best. Crazy. Still waiting for a response!
