I am an independent employee benefits consultant. I have a client who desperately needed a good P & C consultant. I called Brett Rustand, with whom I had worked with before. I found him to be honest, trustworthy and on top of his game. This is a construction company so you can imagine the premium. Brett was awarded the business and we had made a deal that he would protect the group from Crest Employee Benefits. ThisTed Cruz wannabe named Chris Gordon, walked into my account without talking with Brett and took a BOR. He violated a sacred trust with Brett, and yet Crest Insurance Group seems to be OK with this..... although Brett is not. Chris is also know as a liar, as untrustworthy and a man of low character. So, if you need P&C call Brett. If you need Employee Benefits, find another organization. If I could give this company a 0, I would. This case is

Very disappointed with my service from Patrick, he lied multiple times and never did anything or came thru with anything he said he was gonna do. I wouldnt suggest to work with Patrick by any means. I also wasnt impressed with Crest for the 4 years with them, had a new agent/account manager every year, they also referred to a 1 star rating insurance company. Which was a nightmare to work with, beware.
