        I love Jim Miller and his crew! They are all so helpful and always smiling anytime I have had to go in the office. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him to anybody. Obviously do your own research and what's best for you but I won't ever leave. I'm a loyal customer for life!!!!!

        I want to commend Trista, the Customer Service Manager at the Jim Miiler State Farm office in Marana. Trista has been assisting us with our Insurance needs since our move to AZ three years ago. Every time I have called with a question, she has been able to pull up our policies and assist me. She has wonderful communication and customer service skills. I got to meet her today and I let her know how much we appreciate her, now you know, too.

        previous company couldn't explain 60% rate increase so i shopped around both jim and bari were very informative and easy to talk with seemed like straight shooters and had decent auto and home rates will have to wait and see when renewal time comes if they remain competitive

        Met with Connie at Jim Miller Agency today. We were changing insurance carriers today, Connie and the agency were very helpfull in the matter. We purchased Auto, Home, and Umbrella policies that were very competitive and straight forward to understand. We like the fact that Miller Agency is in our neighborhood and easy to communicate with if necessary.
