The technician (Brian!) was professional, friendly, and very patient about diagnosing my rooftop unit. I feel confident that my AC unit isnt going to break down anytime soon. My AC stopped producing cold air yesterday afternoon and after calling 4 different places this morning it looked like we weren't going to be able to get it fixed until days later. I called Cool Willys at 730am and Levi arrived at 820am. He got here in under an hour and diagnosed the issue in under 10 minutes. At 10am we now have AC up and running again!
