Summit Cooling and Heating recently replaced a 17 year old heat pump system at my home. They did an excellent job and I'm very happy with all aspects of their work. I would certainly use Summit again. Before selecting Summit to perform the work, I received quotes from other service providers. Summit's owner visited my home and thoroughly analyzed my Tucson specific cooling and heating requirements. He provided a very detailed explanation of the recommended work and answered all my questions. He offered numerous options to replace the system; however, I wasn't pushed towards a particular solution. Summit's written quote proved to be both the least expensive and best value solution. No attempt was made to add services or additional costs after we accepted the quote. Summit's two-man installation crew was very skilled. All work was professionally performed and they showed me how to operate the new system. They kindly answered questions about a second HVAC system at my house that had nothing to do with the install work under contract. Summit provided me with the promised 10 year warranty in a timely manner and remains responsive to my calls. I'm confident they will standby their work as time passes. I am very pleased Summit Cooling and Heating.

Mark and his team are so knowledgeable, responsive, and respectful. We have worked with them to service our equipment, soundproof a noisy HVAC closet, and deal with a condensation issue.
