Their ethics is a little on the shorty side. After having a unit A/C plus heater, installed, a certain number of "free" inspections went along with it. At least twice they said I didn't have a circuit protector installed and offered to do one at not a very good price. Both units already had one. Recently on my last free inspection I was told the start motor on the A/C was pulling too many amps and a fix was offered at over $300.00. I had a friend from another company come and he put a meter on the line and said something like, "nothing wrong with this unit." They also "discovered" something that should be cleaned on the furnace at something close to $500. Think I'm going to fall for that one also? Don't think so.... Service: Install AC

My husband and I are extremely happy with choosing Strongbuilt for all our AC needs. This is our third unit we have purchased from Strongbuilt. We have 2 units in our home and a mini-split in our gym. The guys that came to the house were incredibly knowledgeable about the work they were doing and very professional. They were at our house pretty late and still stayed to clean up after themselves. We can't say enough good things about our experience. Choose Strongbuilt!!
