Just signed a contract for my new home to be built. Everything's gone smoothly so far. Mike has been an excellent sales guide and has communicated clearly and promptly throughout the exploratory and sales process. He's kept me updated via text, email and phone, and provided videos and photos that he took himself relating to my lot and home specs. Very good experience to date; looking forward to seeing the project develop.
