I was recruited by staff at Maxim for a new position for an in home client. I was the first CNA home health aid for the company. Despite the process being brand new, staff was professional, efficient and had me hired and adequately trained by the day the client wanted services. I had extensive training for compliance and code of conduct in addition to the general training. Very pleasant to work for. Communication is open and consistant.The client I work with was a perfect match as this is vital when considering someone for in home care.

The care we deliver as nurses to the community has a huge impact on our patient's daily lives.

I'm a home healthcare nurse and have worked at Maxim for 15+ years. The staff is amazing and I always feel supported working in the field. Never a shortage of hours available and the pay is on par with the job. If you are a nurse looking to pick up extra hours, Maxim is the place.
