        Melissa...Bianca extremely rude.....asking inappropriate questions about MY health....no proper scheduling.....extremely rude to employees.....pay periods inaccurate......totally unprofessional....

        My Mother used Dependable nursing for years. She was on Long Term Care which was done from her home. Over a year ago, we decided to use Dependable Hospice as Mom had declined with her condition. Worst mistake to have made. The nurse that was taking care of her, insisted that Mom needed to be in a carehome. Against my Mom's wishes to pass at home. At home, she had her Son in the evening and Care giver during the day. We were made to believe that the carehome was 24/7 Care as Mom needed to be turned every 2 hours. At the time we moved her to the carehome, she had healed bedsores. One week later, she passed away, with bedsores. In the Care home, on her back all day long. She was clearly neglected in the carehome by Depedable.Dependable Hospice not recommended.
