Neighborhood is what makes this place great. Mattamy on the other hand is a terrible business. They could careless about you and your family after you have purchased a home from them. They will not take accountability for the repairs that need to be done within the 1 year. It takes them months to get any repair done. They also wont reply to your emails.

We closed December 19, 2022 at Mattamy Saguaro Trails. The rip rap is sliding down little by little with the rain. We keep requesting to speak to a manager and Christina from warranty keeps ignoring us. The landscaping company did a sloppy job and Mattamy warranty is not doing anything about it. Even the landscaping company, Desert Valley told us that it was done incorrectly but Mattamy will not do anything about it because it will cost them $10,000 or more. I do not recommend Mattamy Homes. They have horrible customer service and management want to have zero communication with the home owners. They just want to sell and not help even though the house is under warranty. They turn there mistakes to the home owner and say we need to continue with the maintenance. When they should have made things correctly since the beginning. We have only be in our new house for 3 months and the rip rap is sliding down, imagine how it will be in a year after warranty expires. DO NOT BUY FROM MATTAMY. Service: Landscaping
