Received flowers onSunday and by Thursday they were dead. When I called to tell them, the lady very curtly said thats how long they last - 5 days. Ive definitely had bouquets last longer.

I tried to call to resolve but got no where so they leave me no other option than to warn others but unfortunately we need to hit up the people who are using this florist to deliver on their goods. From the delivery to the product, it was horrible. The customer service from the store owners, horrible. They do not take responsibility to make it right. I would not ever order from them again. Flowers were half dead, delivery was to the neighbors and they didn't bother letting anyone know and no apology.

I ordered flowers for my friend and they were horrible. Looked nothing like the picture. Scraggly, some bent, was very disappointed.

I would have never gave my business to this shop based off of the reviews but unfortunately I ordered from a third party and this florist got it. Horrible arrangement for the money I paid..save your money and go elsewhere.

Accomplished with a % a test that took me 67 years to do for fear of failure! I became a citizen!! A friend from the northeast of the country sent me flowers from this company and at least 1/3 were dead upon delivery!! Called, 1st person very disrespectful. Manager called back, asked for pictures, said nothing wrong with them, must be blind and no resolution. Hate that my friend waisted her money and time. Give this business minus stars of I could.
